The Director of Children’s Ministries is a part-time staff position overseeing and participating in the church's ministry to its children, and supporting the church’s parents in their Christian parenting. This position works under the immediate supervision of the Director of Ministries, is available to the church session, and oversees the children’s ministry leadership team. This is a part-time (24 hours a week) position.
Reporting immediately to the lead pastor, but also available to the church session, the pastoral intern must actively support the church’s core values, mission statement, vision and various ministries by growing their shepherding, teaching, preaching, and children’s ministry administrative gifts, abilities, and experience. This is a 1 year, part-time position (15 hours a week) with potential to renew.
