City Line Church was planted in the spring of 2004 with a vision to transform our generation. We believe that church is not simply a building or an institution but its people; more specifically, it’s God’s people on a mission. It is sad to admit that there are many people who equate church with being in some kind of a religious club which meets on Sunday mornings. But when we look at the early church in the book of Acts, the church was group of people on a mission. The mission came from Jesus Christ and it was to be witnesses of Jesus (his life, death and resurrection).

We also see in Acts an intimate community. It is our desire to experience deep and powerful community at City Line. We are blessed to have people who are passionately living this out. We have groups of people who gather together to break bread, fellowship and study the Bible weekly. It is through these small life groups that people are changing and becoming more like Jesus Christ. It’s also been truly amazing to see these communities form with diverse people from all different backgrounds.

We know that it will be by God’s grace that City Line will grow and be the kind of church that God has called us to be. As we look back at these years, we praise God and stand in awe of what He has done and we look forward to what lies ahead. We want to be part of what God is doing in our world and hope that you can join us. Glad that you took some time to check us out. I hope to see you soon.
